Clermont Community Housing and Other Services has adapted over the years to meet the needs of disadvantaged people in our community. We manage a mix of funding from the State Government and the Commonwealth Government to deliver emergency relief to people in need.
The specialist Homelessness Service provides support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Although we are a small organisation, managed by a volunteer Management Committee, the reporting for our multiple funding programs is the same as for larger organisations. This is an ever increasing commitment and the future depends on our Members.
As an organisation we continue to look for opportunities to support our community and to this end we are submitting a grant application under the Community Drought Support Package and are open to any other opportunities for additional projects and funding.
